What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, cash, checks, and bank transfer.

Do you ship and deliver?

Once order has been placed and paid for, you can personally pick up your items in one of our showrooms.

We also offer shipping and delivery. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location, size of your order and your selected shipping method.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Products

What are the safety standards for your pieces?

Our furniture meets BIFMA, ASTM, CPSC, and ISTA standards. All items undergo intense quality control and inspection before shipping them out.

Are special order upholstery order cancellations allowed?

Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been entered into production. You can contact us for any concerns and our sales team will assist you on this matter.

Do your beds come in different sizes?

Our bedseds are usually made in Queen and King sizes. A few styles do come in Twin and Full sizes.

I ordered a platform bed. Do I need a box spring?

Yes, you will need a mattress and box spring.

I lost the leaves to my table. Can I get replacements?

The leaves are cut at the same time as the table to ensure a proper fit. MAV does not cut extra leaves for replacement parts. This is the same for doors and drawers.

Care and Warranty

A product I purchased was recently damaged. What steps should be taken to get it repaired?

While we do not have a service center, we'd like to know how we can help. Please send an email to customerservice@homemavericksinc.com or call us at (63) 917 628 3725 and we'll see how we can assist you.

The fabric on my sofa has a stain. What can I do?

Our fabrics are not machine washable and we do not recommend putting them in the washing machine.

All of our fabrics have a specific cleaning code that comes from our fabric vendors. You can contact your Sales Designer for this code and cleaning instructions.

The leather on my furniture is beginning to split and crack. Is there anything I can do to recondition it?

Our leather vendors recommend using only products specific for leather furniture, which are free of alcohol and other drying chemicals. Most importantly, your leather piece should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to prevent drying. 

Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes, all items are covered by our standard warranty. Returns and exchanges are subject to terms and conditions. You may view the full policy here.
